GLOBAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Fairchild Controls has a fully staffed and qualified customer support team to ensure uninterrupted after market service. Our customer service team offers customers value-added benefits and features around the clock in the areas of spare parts, repair & overhaul, as well as technical support.

Spare parts are handled by dedicated customer service administrators who provide personal coordination and follow-up to assure prompt and timely delivery. Aircraft on Ground "AOG" or "critical" items are always given absolute priority. Fairchild Controls has a global AOG emergency hotline, 1-866-636-0702, to provide our airline and airline support customers with support for emergency AOG needs 24 hours a day.

We have achieved industry leading turn-around-times (TAT); that are faster than the World Airline Suppliers Guide requirements.

Fairchild Controls has the demonstrated capabilities required to provide aftermarket support for major aircraft system programs. This is proven by the fact that Fairchild Controls processes more Air Turbine Drives annually for repairs, upgrades or overhauls than any other OEM. We currently have support agreements in place with major airlines around the globe.
